Our consultation service is designed to introduce ourselves, have an initial discussion about our services, and an initial assessment to establish whether our services are appropriate for your needs and to establish the nature of our future work together. During this session we will make some notes of the nature of issues and how we may handle the progress. We will also discuss our fee structure, your budget, frequency, and the number of your visits.
Counselling and coaching are most effective where there is a solid relationship between the client and the counsellor / coach. This consultation will provide an opportunity for you to get a feel about working with us and if we decide to continue working together, we will come to a mutual agreement on the time, day, and your preferred method of meeting.

Our counsellors’ academic qualifications are accredited by the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) and the Australian Counselling Association (ACA).

Our coaching services are offered to enhance, create positive change, growth, and transformation. Similar to our counselling services, they use scientifically proven methodologies from a range of theories and practical skills.
Coaching techniques are adapted to suit each individual, in a collaborative and supportive relationship to explore clients’ life challenges, goals and concerns to help them make positive choices and changes towards a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
Our coaches are trained and mentored by experienced coaches who hold either a Master Certified Coach (MCC) or Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential, and hold academic qualifications accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
